This week's Tale-Top release: a brand new battle map! Not much to say on this one; the map speaks for itself. Head on over to the DnD5e page to download this map or one of our many free DnD supplements!
After a much-needed break, we're back in action! This week we bring you two new Bard Colleges: The College of Masks and the College of Free Words. Inspired by Commedia dell'Arte, the College of Masks allows your bard to switch between various different character's, each allowing them different benefits. The College of Free Words is about community equality. Both colleges, as always, are available over on our DnD page.
New DnD 5e tokens! Just a couple this week; the elk and reindeer, as well as the ancient silver dragon. The ancient silver dragon is the first gargantuan drawing I've done (and it took forever). Head on over to our DnD5e page to download them, and check the other DnD 5e content!
A further expansion to extreme adventuring, this week I present Extreme Vehicles! These six new vehicles allow your adventuring party to explore the deep depths of the ocean, the far reaches of the outer planes, or even distant planets and stars. The Extreme Vehicles PDF is available for free download at our DnD5e page, along with the other Extreme Adventuring options, and a load of other DnD5e supplements.
Soooo... It's Sunday, as some of you (but probably not all) have noticed. I've been enjoying my hiatus from Vua, and I'm a little attached to Books and Cats and Other Such Strange Things - (both the little storyline I've been working on and actual books, cats, and the like) - so this week I bring you the first part of another little episode. You might notice that some of the names have changed, along with a few other details; that's because these are how I originally wrote the story when I started this project a few years ago. It wasn't until I published it on Tale-Top.com that I changed the main character's name to what it was last week. I hated the new names, though, so they've gone back to their original form. Also I hated going through and changing them when I used bits of stories I'd written before, so this is kind of for my own sanity - take it as you will.
For right now, my addition is under a new page of its own, "More Books and Cats and Other Such Strange Things," which you can find under the stories tab or in the link above, or through social media if you prefer a much more convoluted route - I don't judge. Probably I'll find a better way to organize this at some point. Probably. Hopefully. Maybe. Look for the ending to this little tail in two weeks! Happy weekdays everyone! (Haha, I know.)
Round 8 of pixel art tokens is here! This time featuring the blue dracolich, the cambion, an array of cats, and more! All tokens are available for download at our DnD page.
Happy dungeon crawling
The suspense has been building for nearly two weeks now, but I offer you an end to the suffering. I have been recently delayed from posting the awaited ending to this new short story due to sickness that required an excessive amount of bonding time with my couch and at least twice the normal amount of sleep. But this week, those days are gone! I present you with the ending to How to Rid Yourself of Kids Toys, but you’ll have to go the extra mile for me and navigate there yourself. We’re having some technical difficulties this week.
Until next time. For real this time.
Continuing with the extreme environments theme, I bring you two new 5e subclasses: The Starchild and the Circle the Chaos. A Starchild is is a sorcerer born to the void, made of starstuff. They draw their power from the solar energy that radiates from within. A starchild can absorb the energies of dangerous spells and use it to unleash powerful magic in return. The Circle of Chaos is for druids who pull their magic from the elemental chaos. Though the planes grant these druids power, they don't always have complete control...
These new subclasses are extensions of the Extreme Environments supplement, so be sure to check out that as well. Extreme Environments, Extreme Subclasses Parts 1 and 2, and many more 5th edition supplements are available for free at Tale-Top.com/dnd-5e.
We love making this content for y'all, but it takes time and money, so if you have the means, we would be incredibly grateful if visited our Ko-fi page and left us a tip!
The first Tale-Top post of the decade expands on last month's Extreme Adventuring rules! This week, two new subclasses: The Extremophile Ranger Archetype is for daring adventurers who seek out the most dangerous corners of the multiverse. Their ranger magic helps them survive delve deep into the unknown, whether it be the deepest depths of the ocean, the highest mountain tops, or the edges of elemental chaos. The other subclass is The Pact of the Nameless One, a new warlock patron who watches the mortal realm from the great void beyond the clouds. The Nameless deals in fear, and grants its warlocks the powers of the void.
Both can be found over on the DnD-5e page under Extreme Environments. The subclasses use spells and rules provided in the Extreme Environments supplement, so be sure to check out both!
Well hello there. This week, due to... life... I'm taking a break from updating Vua to bring you the beginning of another project long in the making. This is the first half of an episode from a short series I've been writing for several years. It's a little more light-hearted, in its own way. For lack of a better title, I've named it with a description, Books and Cats and Other Such Strange Things, which you can find under the stories tab, or you can click here to save your precious energy. Good-bye till next year!
